Small Market Tote in Lime
Small Market Tote in Lime
Durable, stylish, and made with a zero-waste ethos. Use it at the market, on the beach, and for years to come. Cut with a zero-waste pattern: no fabric is wasted in the making of these bags.
Canvas: an incredible 32oz selvedge canvas used for industrial applications and bags that require the utmost in durability. It's also called a No. 2 Duck (the fewer the ducks, the thicker the fabric) or a 2/0 "Naught" canvas. It's got a lot of structure and feels like it could stop a broadsword.
Leather: a veg-tanned*, lime green leather from the Tempesti Tannery in Tuscany, Italy, with a hand-embossed outer leather pocket. Contrasted with yellow stitching! (This leather is particularly sensitive to water and other liquids, so try not spill any mimosa on it!)
Rivets: the straps are hand-riveted using classic copper rivets
Snaps: hidden interior metal snap keeps the bag secure while on the go.
MEASUREMENTS: (bottom length x width x height x top length)
13" x 5" x 10" x 18"
*Vegetable tanning is an ancient, time-intensive process that uses tannins like oak bark to preserve the hide’s natural variations. Because it is free from heavy metals and petroleum derivatives, it may darken in the sun and pick up water spots. Bright colors may fade. We hope you love the character of this natural leather today, tomorrow, and far into the future.
